Lee Cashell

Formerly a private equity fund manager in Hong Kong, Mr. Cashell has been living and working in Asia for sixteen years where he has held various positions within the investment banking industry including China economist, financial analyst, and corporate finance manager.  He has acted as an advisor to numerous technology firms, investment funds and government agencies throughout the region. Prior to founding Asia Pacific Investment Partners he served as a private equity fund manager for JAFCO Investments Asia, one of the largest private equity groups in the Asia Pacific region with over US$3 billion under management. At JAFCO Mr. Cashell was responsible for investments in the Greater China region where he focused on valuation arbitrage opportunities, internet technologies, construction materials, and infrastructure opportunities.

Mr. Cashell is also a founder of The Mongolian Institute for Sustainable Economic Development as well as Zero2IPO, a China based technology conference organizer.  He has been a contributor to publications including Business China, The China Financial Report, The Economist Intelligence Unit, the Mongolia Real Estate Guide and the Mongolian Financial Report. Mr. Cashell is a member of the Pan Asia Chapter of the Young President's Organization.

Mr. Cashell received his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware with a dual major in economics and political science and received his masters degree in international business from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). Mr. Cashell wrote his thesis on Emerging Market Portfolio Management with special emphasis on the emerging financial markets of the People’s Republic of China.

 
Bordukh Dulam

Bordukh Dulam is a Director of the Board of Belgravia Mining. Bordukh is also the Founder and Chairman of Ulaan Bogt, an advisory and government relations firm offering advisory services to numerous companies in Mongolia. He was formerly an officer and department head of the State Planning Committee and later worked in the Government House of Mongolia in charge of planning, economy and economic statistics. Following his previous appointment Bordukh was appointed First Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Material and Technical Supply and also worked in the Ministry of Economic and Foreign Relations and Supply responsible for procurement of the Country’s vital materials and equipment

 
Tsendsuren Bordukh
Tsendsuren Bordukh is a Director of the Board of Belgravia Mining. Tsendsuren is APIP’s  investment officer in Mongolia and overseas current investments in the property and travel industry in Mongolia. She was formerly the representative of the Mongolian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Beijing where she gained experience assisting Mongolian firms in their business development efforts overseas.
 
Jargalsaikhan Dovdog
Jargalsaikhan Dovdog is a Director of the Board of Belgravia Mining.  After graduating from the University of Hungary in Budapest, Jargalsaikhan spent over twenty years in the geological field in various roles ranging from work at the Mongolian Ministry of Geology to consultant for major international mining companies.  While the majority of his experience is in Mongolian resources, he has also spent time working in foreign countries.  In addition to fieldwork, Jargalsaikhan has published several articles and scholarly works including a Guide to Geology and Mineral Resources of Mongolia in 1996. Currently Jargalsaikhan is the chief geologist for Universal Copper Corp. and is responsible for an exploration project in the Gobi region.
 
Ganbat Badarch
Ganbat Badarch is CEO of Belgravia Mining.  Ganbat is the former executive director of QGX, a company which has been engaged in mining activities in Mongolia since the mid 1990’s and is listed on the Toronto stock exchange.  Ganbat spent twenty years in service to Mongolia including time spent in the Mongolian army and the Ministry of Foreign Relations where he was desk officer for various countries including the United Kingdom, the USA, Australia and New Zealand.  In addition, he was the first Secretary of the Embassy of Mongolia in Ottowa, Canada.  Following his diplomatic career he returned to Mongolia and became CEO of a prominent State owned entity.
